Following the Planning Inspectorate allowing our appeal for 269 dwellings at Hind Heath Road in Sandbach (which is currently being developed by Bovis Homes) an application for a second phase of 100 dwellings on 18 acres was submitted in October 2013. The illustrative masterplan is shown below. An Appeal on grounds of non-determination was submitted in February 2014. A Public Inquiry was held between 3rd and 6th June 2014 and the appeal was allowed on 1st August 2014 with a full award of costs granted against the Cheshire East Council.
The site was sold to Miller Homes in July 2016.
