Richborough Estates has an interest in land off Brox Road, Ottershaw, policy SL12 within the emerging Local Plan.
The opportunity is located within Runnymede Borough Council and is a preferred allocation. The draft policy is for a minimum of 200 dwellings and Public Open Space, in addition the site will be making land available for a new GP surgery and providing Suitable Alternative Natural Greenspace (SANG) to offset impacts upon the Thames Basin Special Protection Area (SPA) along with the requisite amount of affordable housing in accordance with policy.
In October 2021 we sold the site to Vistry Group.
