Richborough Estates controls circa 17 acres of land off Daly Avenue in the village of Hampton Magna, Warwick District.
The site had secured an allocation for around 115 new homes in the adopted Warwick District Local Plan, and we submitted an outline planning permission for up to 147 homes.
In 2019 we received planning consent for 131 homes, 40 per cent of which will be affordable, as well as 4 acres of green infrastructure including open space, allotments and a children’s play area.
The site is in a well-connected with Warwick Parkway Railway Station, bus stops and J15 of the M40 nearby. The landscape-led design gives signifcant focus to open spaces and green boulevards, ensuring a ‘soft edge’ tp the development and one that aligns with the existing setlement.
