The end of last year was a busy one, with a host of new starters and promotions, ensuring that we’re ready to meet our aspirations for growth.
Briony Stenhouse and Alanna Mahoney have joined us as Assistant Land and Planning Managers for our western and eastern divisions respectively, and will work to identify sites that are free from constraints and suitable for future housing delivery.
Ellie Cudmore has been appointed Team Administrator and Tom Ball has joined the business as Financial Controller, supported by Jon Dunman as part-time Finance Director.
Rounding out our new starters is former head of Planning for Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council, James Carpenter, who joins us as Planning Director. Alongside responsibility for our planning strategy, James will soon join the Land Promoters and Developers Federation’s (LPDF) policy and technical committee.
In terms of promotions, Joe Jones has transitioned to Midlands Land and Planning Manager and is currently supplementing land study work with more involvement in a range of tasks across a number of new and existing projects, supported and directed by Martin Grymes.
Russell Crow, who joined the business in January 2017 as Planning Director, has successfully applied for the new Central Regional Manager, marking an exciting change in direction for Russell as he develops new business and sites in the Central Region.
Following a number of further site acquisitions in the Northern Region by Jon Bloor, Harry Jackson is promoted to Regional Manager in the North and will be project managing existing sites alongside actively seeking new opportunities.
Also, following a number of local plan promotion successes, including Wimbourne in Poole for around 600 homes, Rob Mitchell is promoted to Senior Regional Manager in the South West Region.
All promotions are well earned and there are big expectations for all regions in 2019 and beyond!
