Birmingham-based Richborough Estates is celebrating a record-breaking year having completed in excess of £40m of transactions.
The results mean that the company, which was launched in 2003, has achieved land sales equating to 830 new homes at more than 40 sites across the UK in 12 months.
“With a record turnover and a record number of dwellings granted planning consent, 2015 has been our best ever year,” said Karl Parkinson-Witte, director at Richborough Estates.
“We have endured the rollercoaster of the UK housing market over the last decade and are now trusted suppliers to some of the biggest and best housebuilding names in the business across the UK.”
As a land promotion agency, Richborough identifies sites for housing development, works with landowners to maximise the value of their land and obtains planning consents to offer “oven ready” sites for housebuilders.
Parkinson-Witte said: “Our growth means that with our forecast pipeline of projects we’re on track to dispose of land with planning consents for over 1,000 residential units in 2016.
“Furthermore we are steadily expanding and for the first time, in 2016, we will be bringing sites to the market in the South East and South West.”
