As well as the draft or actual allocations in local plans in Poole, Harrogate, Cheshire East, South Staffordshire, Rugby, North Warwickshire, Warwick, Solihull, Melton Mowbray, New Forest, Stafford, Aylesbury, Waverley, Stockport, Tameside and North East Derbyshire that will provide the foundations for approximately 4,000 new homes, it’s been a bumper quarter across the regions for Richborough Estates.
As planning consent and allocations were granted across the board, there are now a high number of new submissions in the pipeline.
Our recent permissions in Ludlow, Congleton, Brailsford, Aylesbury, Frisby, Willaston and Stafford are all in legal hands with sales expected by the end of the year or early 2018.
We have also launched marketing our Bottesford permission with Fisher German, with Gillmorton being launched in January 2018.
There are numerous pending applications such as Kenilworth and Warton and we are confident that there will be significant number of sites launched for sale in 2018.
To round off a successful year, we have secured our first site in Wales and are now targeting early 2018 for planning submission on a proposed circa 111 unit scheme in Raglan.
