At Richborough Estates, we are always pleased to recognise the hard work and commitment of our talented colleagues who help drive the company’s growth.
In the next few months, the north east team will be disposing of sites with a combined total of over 400 consented units and is managing at least eight live managed projects. As a result, our presence in the North East is continuing to grow and we are delighted to have made two promotions within our north east team.
Josephine Morley has been promoted from Team Administrator to Project Manager and will now be assisting Steve Louth in the region. Josie has a degree in Ecology and Environmental Biology from Leeds University, and joined the team in November 2014.
Steve has also been promoted, from Regional Manager to Regional Director, and will be leading on business development and delivery in the region. Steve joined Richborough in March 2014 and has previously worked as a Local Authority Planning Officer and a consultant for BNP Paribas and Turley Associates in Birmingham. We wish them all the best for the future.
