Last year we submitted an outline planning application for 252 dwellings at Mickleover, on the edge of Derby (South Derbyshire District Council). We are pleased to announce that the application has been approved at committee, subject to the signing of an s106 agreement.
The scheme will comprise 76 affordable dwellings as well as 176 market homes.
It is envisaged that the site will be marketed in summer 2016.
