 The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the erection of up to 420 dwellings and community space/building as well as associated landscaping, public open space, access, drainage, infrastructure, earth works and other ancillary enabling works on land to the south of Winnycroft Lane and north of the M5 motorway, Matson, Gloucester, in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 14/01063/OUT, dated 5 September 2014, subject to the conditions set out in the Schedule to this decision.
