The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission is refused for up to 118 residential dwellings (including up to 25% affordable housing), the introduction of structural planting and landscaping, informal public open space and children’s play area, surfacewater flood mitigation and attenuation, vehicular access point from Wick Lane andassociated ancillary works.
