The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for up to 29 dwellings with open space and access at land south of West Road and west of Mill Street,Gamlingay in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref S/1338/15/OL,dated 22 May 2015, subject to the conditions set out in the attached schedule. The appeal is made by Endurance Estates Strategic Land Ltd (Mr Tim Holmes) againstthe decision of South Cambridgeshire District Council.
