The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission has been refused for the erection of up to 390 residential dwellings (including up to 40% affordable housing),structural planting and landscaping, informal public open space, children’s play areas,surface water attenuation, 2 vehicular access points from West Land and associated ancillary works, with all matters reserved with the exception of site access, in accordance with application ref: 16/05621/EIAMAJ, dated 23 December 2016. The appeal is made by Whitcliffe Grange Farm Partnership & Gladman Developments Ltd against Harrogate Borough Council.
