The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for 32 dwellings at Walcot Meadow, Walcot Lane, Drakes Broughton, Pershore, Worcestershire in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref W/14/00273/OU, dated 6 February 2014, subject to the conditions contained in the attached Schedule. The appeal is made by Crown House Developments Ltd against Wychavon District Council.
