Accordingly, for the reasons given above, the Secretary of State agrees with the Inspector’s recommendation. He hereby allows your client’s appeal and grants planning permission for residential development for up to 53 homes together with open space, strategic landscaping, supporting infrastructure (including gas, electricity, water sewerage, telecommunications), new vehicle and pedestrian/cycle access onto Newport Road, demolition and ground remodelling in accordance with application number 14/00703/OUT, dated 28 March 2014, subject to the conditions at Annex A. The appeal is made by frosts Family LLP against the decision of Milton Keynes Council.
