The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission has been refused for the residential development of over 150 units, or on sites of over 5 hectares, which would significantly impact on the Government’s objective to secure a better balance between housing demand and supply and create high-quality, sustainable, mixed and inclusive communities. The appeal was made in accordance with application ref: 15/02532/AOP, dated 22 July 2015. The appeal is made by Gladman Development Limited against Aylesbury Vale District Council.
