The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for residential development of up to 110 dwellings with all matters reserved except means of access at Tunstall Farm, Valley Drive, Hartlepool TS26 0AL in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref. H/2014/0196, dated 25 April 2014, subject to the conditions set out it the Schedule attached to this decision.
