The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for residential development comprising up to 20 dwellings, including up to 10 affordable dwellings with associated new access (via Tump Lane) and car parking arrangements (for both existing and proposed dwellings), and a community facility (of up to 200m2) at Tump Lane, Hereford, Herefordshire HR2 8HW in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 130945, dated 3 April 2013 subject to the conditions in the attached schedule. The appeal is made by Ms Kat La Tszar of Larkrise Co-Housing and Herefordshire Housing Ltd against the decision of Herefordshire Council.
