The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the residential development of 29 affordable dwellings with associated access and car parking at land off Triton Road, Nuneaton in accordance with the terms of application Ref 034424, dated 6 October 2016 and in accordance with the 17 conditions in the attached Schedule. The appeal is made by Westleigh Developments Ltd against the decision of Nuneaton & Bedworth Borough Council.
