The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for residential development of up to 119 dwellings, landscaping, public open space and associated works, with all matters except access reserved at land off Townsend Road, Shrivenham, Oxfordshire, SN6 8HR in accordance with the terms of the Application, Reference P15/V0663/O, dated 20 March 2015, subject to the conditions attached to the annex to this decision. The appeal is made by Gladman Developments Ltd against the Vale of White Horse District Council.
