The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for outline application with access to be considered for residential development (of up to 400 dwellings) including the provision of a small corner shop, open space and associated infrastructure at land at Toll Bar, New Waltham, Lincolnshire DN36 4RX in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref DM/0118/15/OUT, dated 10 February 2015, subject to the conditions set out in the Schedule attached to this decision. The appeal is made by Monmouth Properties against the decision of North East Lincolnshire Council
