Appeal A
The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for residential and retail development with demolition of existing structures and new access road at Thurston Granary, Station Hill, Thurston, Bury St. Edmunds IP31 3QU in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 2613/11, dated 29 January 2011, and the plans submitted with it, subject to the conditions set out in the schedule attached to this Decision. The appeal is made by Mr John Oldknow against the decision of Mid-Suffolk District Council.

The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for mixed retail/ residential development with demolition of existing buildings and altered access at Thurston Granary, Station Hill, Thurston, Bury St. Edmunds IP31 3QU in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 3181/13, dated 29 October 2013 and the plans submitted with it, subject to the conditions set out in the schedule attached to this Decision. The appeal is made by Playdri Products Ltd against the decision of Mid-Suffolk District Council.
