The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for construction of up to two dwellings with associated access at The Gap, Lower Broad Oak Road,West Hill, EX11 1UD in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref17/0523/O UT, dated 1 March 2017, subject to the conditions in the Schedule attached at the end of this Decision. The appeal is made by Stuart Partners Ltd against the decision of East Devon District Council.
