The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for residential development of up to 36 no. dwellings, access infrastructure and public open space, including means of access from Swepstone Road at land at Swepstone Road, Heather, Leicestershire LE67 2RE in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 6/00832/OUTM, dated 7 July 2016, subject to the attached schedule of conditions. The appeal is made by Mr Nick Carr, (Rosconn Strategic Land) against the decision of North West Leicestershire District Council.
