Appeal D – The appeal is allowed and listed building consent is granted for change of use of existing Grade I listed Mansion to 20 residential dwellings, with associated internal/external alterations and partial demolition works, rear extensions, rear car park, cycle parking and refuse/recycling provision, hard and soft landscaping (including removal of some trees), woodland management and associated infrastructure at Sundridge Park Mansion, Willoughby Lane, Bromley BR1 3FZ in accordance with the terms of the application Ref DC/16/04477/LBC, dated 23 September 2016, subject to the conditions set out in the attached Schedule 2.
