The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for residential development of 12 affordable dwellings and associated works on land off Stourport Road, Great Witley, Worcestershire in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 15/01173/OUT, dated 12 August 2015, subject to the conditions attached in the Annex to this decision. The appeal is made by Mr Clive Jessup against the decision of Malvern Hills District Council.
