The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the refurbishment and re-use of Storeton Hall and other historic buildings, new-build residential development, the relocation of the existing equestrian business, associated car parking and landscape works at Storeton Hall Farm, Lever Causeway, StoretonCH63 6HT in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref APP/17/00410,dated 3 April 2017 subject to the conditions in the schedule to this decision below.
