The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission has been refused for up to 80 dwellings(including up to 40% affordable housing), introduction of structural planting and landscaping, informal public open space and children’s play area, surface water flood mitigation and attenuation, primary vehicular access off Stone Path Drive, and associated ancillary works. All matters to be reserved with the exception of the site access on land off Stone Path Drive, Hatfield Peverel, Essex. The application Ref 16/00545/OUT, dated 30 March 2016, was refused by notice dated 25 October 2016. The appeal is made by Gladman Developments Limited against the decision of Braintree District Council.
