The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for residential development comprising up to 30 dwellings and the proposed means of vehicular access at Land to the South of Station Road, Kirton in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref B/15/0503, dated 20 November 2015,subject to the attached schedule of conditions. The appeal is made by Mr Andrew Hall against Boston Borough Council.
