Appeal A – The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission has been granted for up to 105 units with a mixture of four bedroom houses and one, two and three bedroom apartments together with concierge’s office, associated basement car parking and landscaping (outline application with access and layout to be determined). The application Ref DC/16/02613/OUT, dated 31 May 2016, was refused by notice dated 28 November 2016. The appeal is made by Northern Land Developments Ltd against the decision of the Council of the London Borough of Bromley.
Appeal B – The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission has been granted for up to 15 four storey townhouses and 52 apartments in 4 three and four storey blocks together with concierge’s office, basement car parking, associated landscaping and tree planting (outline application with access and layout to be determined)
