The proposed development of the erection of 13 dwellings and access road has been dismissed, the main issue being whether any adverse impacts of the proposed development, having particular regard to the likely effect upon the character and appearance of the area, road safety interests and the accessibility to services and facilities would significantly and demonstrably outweigh the benefits of the proposal.
