The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission has been refused for the residential development of up to 259 dwellings, with public open space, landscaping and associated infrastructure with all matters reserved except the vehicular access from Silver Street. The application Ref 16/01811/MOUT, dated 18 November 2016, was refused by notice dated 17 March 2017. The appeal is made by Gallagher Estates against the decision of Mid Devon District Council.
