The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission is refused for the erection of 8 x 3-5 bedroom market houses and 9 x 1-3 bedroom affordable dwellings on land to the south of Sheepscombe Lane, Painswick neighbouring “The Park” settlement. The application reference 15/1297/FUL dated 1 June 2015 was refused by notice dated 10 December 2015. The appeal is made by Mr Guy Wooddisse against Stroud District Council.
