The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the erection of up to 97 dwellings at Land off Sandy Gate Lane, Broughton, Preston, Lancashire PR3 5LA in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 06/2016/0736 ,dated 5 August 2016, subject to the conditions set out in the Annex hereto. The appeal is made by Hollins Strategic Land LLP against the decision of Preston City Council.
