The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for residential development of up to 70 dwellings including affordable housing, access and associated works, open space, amenity space, attenuation ponds and infrastructure in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref DA/2013/0690, dated 23 August 2013, and subject to the conditions set out in the schedule at the end of this decision. The appeal is made by Salisbury Garden Services (Northampton) Ltd against the decision of Daventry District Council.
