The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for residential development to a maximum of 30 dwellings at S J Bargh Ltd, Hornby Road, Caton, Lancaster LA2 9JA in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 14/00768/OUT, dated 10 July 2014, subject to the conditions set out in the annex hereto. The appeal is made by Mr James Reneghan of S J Bargh Ltd against the decision of Lancaster City Council.
