The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for up to 162 dwellings with associated open space and landscaping, with all matters reserved except for access at Rush Lane, Market Drayton, Shropshire TF9 3QX, in accordance with the terms of the application Ref 14/01982/OUT, dated 30 April 2014 and subject to the 13 conditions in the Schedule attached to this decision. The appeal is made by Gladman Developments Limited against Shropshire Council.
