Accordingly, the Secretary of State agrees with the Inspector’s recommendation. He hereby allows the client’s appeal and grants planning permission for residential development (up to 700 dwellings), 10.6Ha of green infrastructure including Public Open Space, associated works, up to 560 sqm of D1 (non-residential) floorspace, primary school and the demolition of existing buildings, in accordance with application Ref 10/04575/OUT, dated 6 December 2010, subject to the conditions listed at Annex A of this letter.
