The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for an Outline Application for residential development of up to 33 units with all others matters reserved, except for access and landscaping at Land at Pool Lane, Winterley in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 16/1728N, dated 8 April 2016, subject to the conditions set out in the attached schedule. The appeal is made by Footprint Land and Development against Cheshire East Council.
