The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission has been dismissed for up to 165 dwellings (30%affordable), planting and landscaping, informal open space, children’s play area, surface water attenuation, 2 vehicular access points from School Lane and associated ancillary works. All matters to be reserved with the exception of the main site access on land at Pear Tree Lane, Euxton, Chorley, Lancashire. The application Ref 16/00489/OUTMAJ, dated 23 May 2016, was refused by notice dated 8 December 2016. The appeal is made by Gladman Developments Ltd against the decision of Chorley Borough Council.
