The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the erection of 25 detached houses with associated roads, garages, parking spaces, gardens and landscaped areas. Provision of allotments with associated access and parking, replacement field access to adjoin grazing land at land west of Park Lane, Charvil, Reading RG10 9TS in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref F/2014/2503, dated 30 October 2014, subject to the 21 conditions set out in the attached schedule. The appeal is made by Hicks Development Ltd against Wokingham Borough Council.
