The appeal is allowed and planning permission granted for an outline application for up to 29 dwellings and a new access off Oxford Road with all other matters reserved on land south of Oxford Road, Enstone, Oxfordshire,OX7 4NE, in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref: 17/00426/OUT, dated 8 February 2017, subject to the conditions set out in the attached Schedule. The appeal is made by Rosconn Strategic Land Ltd against the decision of West Oxfordshire District Council.
