The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for up to 120 dwellings including 40% affordable housing provision and 5.52 hectares of open space and ecological buffer with all matters reserved except for means of access at Overton Hill, Land north of London Road, Overton, Hampshire, RG25 3DZ in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 13/00197/OUT, dated 19 April 2013, subject to the conditions set out in the attached schedule. The appeal is made by Portals Property Ltd against the decision of Basingstoke & Deane Borough Council.
