The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for erection of up to 95 dwellings with public open space, landscaping and sustainable drainage systems (SuDS) and vehicular access point from Olney Road MK46 4ET. All matters reserved except for means of access at Land off Olney Road, Lavendon MK46 4ET in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 17/00165/OUT, dated 20 January 2017, subject to the conditions in the Schedule to this decision. The appeal is made by Gladman Developments Ltd against the decision of Milton Keynes Council.
