The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the demolition of existing building and development of the site to provide 10 residential dwellings: 7 detached 4-bedroom dwellings with integral garages; 1 detached 4-bedroom dwelling with adjoining double garage;1 detached 3-bedroom dwelling with adjacent single garage; and 1 detached 3-bedroom dwelling with
detached double garage at the Old Poplar Foundry, Inglewhite Road, Longridge, Preston, Lancashire PR3 2DA in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 06/2012/0291, dated 22nd March 2012, subject to the conditions set out in the attached annex.
