The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for thedemolition of existing structures and residential development of up to 65 dwellings (Use Class C3) and associated works including means of access, withall other matters (relating to appearance, landscaping, scale and layout) reserved at land to the east of Newington Road, Stadhampton, Oxfordshire inaccordance with the terms of the application Ref: P14/S4105/O and subject tothe conditions set out in the schedule at the end of this decision. The appeal is made by Catesby Estates Ltd against South Oxfordshire District Council.
