The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for an outline application for a residential development of 30 dwellings with access from Mount Avenue and Blunden Lane at Land at Mount Avenue/Blunden Lane,Yalding, Kent ME18 6JF in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref15/509402/OUT dated 10 November 2015, subject to the conditions set out inthe schedule at the end of this decision. The appeal is made by Mr Pete Bland (Millwood Designer Homes Ltd) against Maidstone Borough Council.
