The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for residential development and the creation of a new public amenity area at land off Lynn Road and Hill Road, Ingoldisthorpe, Norfolk in accordance with the terms of the Application, Reference 15/00854/OM, dated 2 June 2015, subject to the conditions in the Conditions Schedule below.
