The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission has been refused for the erection of up to 200 residential units (Use Class C3), with open space, landscaping and associated road and drainage infrastructure, to form the southern part of Lotmead Village, in accordance with application ref: S/OUT/15/0754/KICO dated 30 April 2015 (“the phase 1 scheme”). The appeal is made by Ainscough Strategic Land against Swindon Borough Council.
