The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for up to 20 (ClassC3) dwellings and open space, including details of vehicular access with all other matters (layout, scale, appearance and landscaping) reserved for future approval at Land north of Leigh Drive, Stansted Road, Elsenham, Essex, in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref: UTT/15/3090/OP, dated 5 October 2015, subject to the conditions in the attached schedule. The appeal is made by The Crown Estate against Uttlesford District Council.
