The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for outline application in relation to a sustainable residential development of up to 50 dwellings with access, with all other matters reserved at Lawn Farm, Drake Street, Welland, Malvern WR13 6LP in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 14/01269/OUT, dated 29 August 2014, and the plans submitted with it, subject to the conditions set out in the attached schedule. The appeal is made by Kler Developments Ltd against the decision of Malvern Hills District Council.
